Friday night, Saturday, and a half-day on Sunday. You'll have an opportunity to unplug from the noise of everyday life and just be still. It's time to take care of your health, your mind, and your relationships with God, man and nature. You'll also get to know other men that are in similar stages in their lives as you are in terms of faith, family dynamics or career paths.
